Beri caught a cold earlier last week, a lot of sneezes and running noses...then later on coughing. Usually when he has bad running noses, mucus developed and he will cough and throw up. This time is not much different, excepted that I found his breathing and heart beat is very fast, and I suspected that I heard some wheezing sound (which I don't really know what it is and never heard of that before). My mother-in-law told me that it started in that morning after he threw up (I was out working at the thrift store that morning). So I decided to bring him to the doctor's office. It was a very late afternoon and good thing is that the office close late that night. As it turn out, Beri was wheezing and his oxygen level was little low. The doctor prescribe some medicine to help him breath better. At this point, the doctor cannot tell whether he has asthma. The breathing problem could have been trigger by his cold and it could be just an one time episode. Will wait and see if there will be another episode and they can tell better whether he has asthma. We brought home a nebulizer (a machine that help him to breath in medicine) and the medicine, and I'm extremely thankful and amazed about God's providence and His timing. If I didn't bring him in to see his doc, we could have ended up in the ER that night.
